New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳30,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before bonus funds become withdrawable. If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The same member may not claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• facial988 reserves the right to offer, modify, or withdraw any bonus.

VIP Program

The facial988 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. The criteria for advancing to higher tiers are determined by facial988 and the platform reserves the right to change them.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the facial988 platform is governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error on the facial988 platform is proven.
• The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
• Winnings paid out as a result of a technical error will be considered void and may be reclaimed.
• facial988 will not be held responsible for any interruption to a gaming session caused by an internet disconnection.
• No bet will be accepted if the player's account does not have a sufficient balance.

Special Cricket Betting Rules

For cricket betting, if a match is abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, bet settlement will follow facial988's own rules. For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other tournaments, the specific betting rules for the relevant event will apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the facial988 platform:
